Surprise me Mail art

I made this mail art for Margaret in Malaysia, I used a chart from Just Cross stitch 2009 Ornament issue for the envelope and for the surprise gift I stitched a Christmas ornament from the preview issue of JCS this year. The envelope is Little House Needleworks called "Winter sampler" and the elf is from Brooke's Books Publishing.

Finished a new ornament for our tree this year. Its from JCS 2008 ornament issue by SamSarah Design Studio called Christmas Eve. My lighting wasnt that great when taking the picture and it doesnt give it justice. My kids are excited and are counting the days already!

Surprise me Mail art!

A surprise came through my mail box today! A beautifully stitched mail art from Margaret in Malaysia. She picked a design to match the stamps with ducks . This is the second MA I have received from Margaret, you can see the previous one here.

Sweet tooth Mail art arrived!

This wonderful mail art arrived today!  Ulla from Finland stitched  it so beautifully! Its actually a second one as the first one is missing in action.I cant even think about it as its very sad knowing the work that goes into these mail art envelopes.

Lucky Twice in a day one more sheep mail art exchange arrived , this time from Lillie in Malaysia. Isnt it wonderful, thoroughly spoiled by both!

The goodies were delightful, I even got a dog to look after the sheep :) and a lovely postcard with Malaysia's luscious landscape.

MAIL ART!!!! Sheep #31

This wonderful mail art arrived from melanie in Wales. We had a sheep themed exchange. Absolutely gorgeous!

The goodies were super too, love the variagated thread , super for my temari I think. Some lovely buttons and a cute keyring were among the other goodies. I also loved the photos of the sheep she took on her walks in Wales.

Joanne sent me this sampler MA , It arrived 6 days ago but we were away on our vacation, a great surprise to come to right?

I love this lace

And the goodies:) My favorite animal is the panda! I saw a documentary on what wonderful mothers they are and just fell in love with them from that moment on.
